This is a wonderful low commitment opportunity for you to ask questions, get to know me and my approach, and decide if I'm the right therapist for you. In this call I'll also go over scheduling, pricing, and insurance questions. I'm so looking forward to connecting with you on your next call!

2. A Whole Women's Wellness Assessment:
Because my approach to care integrates both physical therapy with yoga therapy - your first appointment will look at how you move, how you breathe, and how you feel. This session can address everything from what you might expect from traditional PT (ie. pelvic pain, incontinence, strength etc.) to more lifestyle issues (ie. sleep, stress levels, concentration etc.). From the very first session you will go home with easy to use tools to help you feel your best.
3. Longterm Health For Every Cycle:
Being a woman means constant change - I get it. From monthly changes during your cycle, to navigating pregnancy & postpartum, and the menopause transition - change as a woman is inevitable. Whether you're having severe incontinence postpartum or feel overwhelmed during menopause - I will provide you longterm tools during follow-up sessions to guide you through every cycle of life.
